GMA News TV, abbreviated to GNTV, was a Philippine television network owned by GMA Network Inc., co-owned and operated by GMA Network Inc. and ZOE Broadcasting Network Inc. (ZOE TV) until 2019. GNTV is provided by GMA's subsidiary Citynet Network Marketing and Productions, Inc., which in turn has an airtime agreement as the main content provider of ZOE TV since 2005.

In Metro Manila, the network debuted on February 28, 2011 as a replacement for its former national television network "Q"— such as terrestrially through DZOE-TV channel 11, the frenqucy once used by the formerly carried Q. Its studios are located at the 22/F Strata 2000 Building, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City and GMA Network Center, EDSA corner Timog Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City with transmitter is located at Tandang Sora, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City.

Until 2019, ZOE Broadcasting Network served as an originating affiliate and flagship station for GMA News TV due to a block time lease agreement between ZOE Broadcasting and GMA's subsidiary Citynet Network Marketing and Productions in 2005. This agreement allowed Citynet to lease the entire airtime of DZOE-TV 11 Manila in exchange for upgrading ZOE's facilities and providing an off-peak time slot for its programs on Channel 11 and GMA Network. However, due to increasing lease payments and decreased revenues for GMA Network, the two networks announced on April 24, 2019, that they would terminate the agreement by the end of May 2019. As a result, GMA News TV Manila was reassigned to analog Channel 27, which had been used for GMA Network's digital test broadcasts, on June 4. Consequently, GMA's DTV operations were transferred to a permanent frequency, UHF Channel 15 (479.143 MHz), which had been used since May 15.

On February 21, 2021, the network aired its last broadcast, within the following day, the channel rebranded to GTV with some programs retained to the line-up. Despite this, the international channel has continued to using its name and has dropped the word International after 10 years.
