Bernadette Lorraine Palisada Dominguez Sembrano-Aguinaldo is a Filipino reporter, news presenter, television host, and musician. On GMA Network, she was an original host of Wish Ko Lang! from 2002 to 2004, and was an anchor of the newscast Saksi.
In September 2003, during the newscast Saksi, her co-anchor Arnold Clavio read a statement about the episode of the documentary program The Probe Team that was supposed to air after the newscast, but it was never aired due to lack of documentation. Sembrano, who produced the episode, was dismayed and walked out at the end of Saksi. Her contract with GMA was terminated on December 20, 2003, but continued to host Wish Ko Lang! until February 14, 2004. Vicky Morales would assume hosting duties of Wish Ko Lang!
Currently, Sembrano is an anchor of ABS-CBN's flagship newscast TV Patrol.
